Abused Children of Punjab Pakistan

Though cases of “child abuse” are rampant all over the country and sexually frustrated “animans” (animals in human disguise) are constantly on the prowl for a potential hunt, here too Punjab takes the lead, beating other small provinces hands down.

This is not just about sexual exploitations of innocent children and only direct offenders who we proclaim are responsible, should not just be held to account but the ones who are contributing to this malaise which produces more and more sex-hungry and mentally retarded “animans” who are even worse than the most terrifying beasts, or better I spare the beasts, at least they are animals and are not bestowed the conscience and wisdom we the humans are gifted with, so in this way even “beasts” look innocent.

Fear of punishment transforms an unruly society into a civilized and law abiding one, and when left sans checks and balances or state itself picks sides then the society become no different than a humanized jungle.

Monopoly of violence should rest in states hands and that power must be exercised when need be, in favor of the oppressed and against the convicts, under constitutional provisions and not arbitrarily as state itself is answerable to the people it is inhabited by. When state keeps mum when it is supposed to use its full might, the fear of punishment at its disposal diminishes and gradual erosion of authority gives birth to lawlessness and delinquencies.

“Child abuses” are not just limited to Pakistan or other 3^rd world countries, it’s a global manifestation of sexual-frustration and mental sickness of which not country is immune, not even the most civilized ones.

But the difference between ‘them and us’ is that sick minds enjoy no state patronage and are nabbed by authorities and persecuted in accordance with the severity of crime. This is how civilized states deal with mentally retarded “animans” employing zero tolerance against ‘child abuse’

We Pakistanis wear religion on our sleeves and think of ourselves as the most devout, maiming all others who do not share faith with us. Yet we are in our daily lives no different to the people we heartily abominate and do everything what the religion deters us from. Religion promises sever punishment for those who indulge in adultery especially within same sex ie: homosexuality. Yet this malaise is breeding fast in the land of pure and is become a new norm. 

In 2015 a news story flashed like a lightning bolt when an underground ring was exposed in Qasur, a central Punjab district, where over the years, a politically linked and well connected gang have been forcing the young and innocent kids to perform sexual acts with coercion. Videos were filmed at gun point to be sold to notorious black website who attract a large number of regular [sic] viewers and fans of domestic, read child, pornography. This heinous practice was underway for quite a long time and whenever someone from the victims families approached police to register FIR against this racket, were thrown out of the police station. Involvement of a prominent political family which is part of the incumbent provincial government of Shahbaz Sharif, kept the police from acting on behalf of the tormented kids and rather police - which is heavily politicized despite all the bluster of Shahbaz Sharif the shameless clown who calls himself "khadim-e-aala" - downplayed the scale of crime and rubbished it as a land issue in which a party wrongly accused other of such acts. To add more pain to the injury, law minister of Punjab, Rana Sanaullah, perhaps the most shameless person on earth, declared it a normal case as there's nothing new and the child abuse is not a major crime and is just hatched by opposition to gain political mileage.

Who says shamelessness has a limit?

Today in the same city, Qasur, a body of a young baby girl is found from a pile of heap who, according to post mortem report, was raped before murdered. Another flower is plucked to feed the hunger of some psychologically sick predator, another star has vanished to pedal eternal darkness of some demons.

This is not one off incident, stories of young babies being kidnapped and after getting raped, killed and are dumped on garbage heaps erupt after each couple of days but no one seems bothered about it. A little storm in the tea cup and then everyone is back to reconcile with never ending problems of daily life.

People of Qasur, have staged protest to demand justice and not to bury the body of innocent soul until the monster is arrested. 

But see what happened? 

Yes, what happens always. 

Police baton charged the protesters and even fired live ammunition in straight shooting which has so far taken lives of 2 wounding 5 others seriously. If the culprits of "2015 child abuse" were prosecuted, no one would have dared to tread the same path again.

Alas, no one is worried about the prosecution.

When state fails to perform its duty and obligations, young children become the fuel to satisfy hunger of "animans"
